1. Take a slow meandering walk around your neighborhood, without your phone.
2. Write, scribble, draw on a piece of paper with colored markers or crayons
3. Listen to birdsong
4. Look at the moon
5. Find your favorite flower… in your yard, garden or nearby park
6. Turn off the lights, light a candle and have a conversation by candlelight
7. Prepare and drink a cup of tea, slowly
8. Spend time talking or playing with a child
9. Sing a song you love, out loud, really loud, alone or with friends.
10. Write a list of 10 things you can do today to experience joy.
